Update on City Code Enforcement Notice - September 2026

We have submitted coop placement scenarios / options to City of Salem Planning, and are awaiting their response!
We are looking for alternatives for the chicken stand, as it needs to be more city friendly!

The bees are staying! We have to move them out of the alleyway! We're working on alternatives around the property, and will need to purchase and adapt their area soon!

We thank everyone who has checked in and supported us through this! The nice notes and meetings have been very helpful!
As requested, we created a GoFundMe to help support these changes that inevitably will cost money. No one is obligated to donate, but all proceeds are appreciated and go right towards the change costs for the chicken coop / strand as well as the the bees!
